While Jakarta as the nation capital is enjoying all the privileges from taxes paid by citizens across Indonesia, Many provinces is struggling to balance their account. This has change -more or less- since the decentralization of power from central government to provinces and districts.

Quartz is an extremely common mineral that can crystallize as a six-sided prism that ends with a six-sided pyramid. It is the second most common mineral, making up 12% of the earth’s crust, though most quartz does not form crystals. (Sandstone, for instance, is made of quartz.) The crystallized form of quartz, which is an extremely hard mineral, is used to create jewelry. Quartz is easy to reproduce using a hydrothermal process and therefore many pieces of jewelry actually boast synthesized pieces of quartz. It is difficult to tell the difference between most naturally occurring quartz and its synthetic counterpart; however, natural quartz that boasts crystals of extremely high clarity is rare and very expensive.

While China hopes to rely more upon nuclear, coal is continues taking its toll until the country solves its energy quandary. Americans, the world’s largest polluters, consumed almost four tons of coal per person in 2006. Every ton of coal burned sends more than two tons of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.
By 2009, experts believe China will overtake the United States as the world’s largest emitter of carbon dioxide.
According to the country’s National Reform and Development Commission (NDRC), China will produce 1.45 trillion kWh of electricity in the first half of 2007. About 75 percent of the China’s energy is generated by coal. By 2050, to serve China’s growing population, the country is expected to add the sum total of Canada’s generating capacity every four years!

Western Australia is Australia’s largest state, comprising about one-third of Australia’s land mass and occupying over 2.5 million square kilometres in area. Bunbury and the South West area of Western Australia (or WA) is one of the world’s great places to live, with a Mediterranean climate, sandy-white beaches, beautiful native forests and all the infrastructure expected of a modern western society.
